当ストアにおける商品の配送に関する詳細および条件は以下の通りです。

■ 配送業者 (Shipping Carriers)
・日本国内への配送： ヤマト運輸、佐川急便、または日本郵便のいずれかにてお届けいたします（業者のご指定は承れません）。
・海外への配送： DHL、FedEx、またはEMS（国際スピード郵便）にてお届けいたします。
- Domestic: Delivered via Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.
- International: Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or EMS.
■ 注文処理時間と発送の目安 (Handling Time & Dispatch)
・ご注文確定後（コンビニ決済の場合はご入金確認後）、通常5営業日以内に発送いたします。
・土日祝日、および年末年始等の休業期間は発送業務を行っておりません。
・予約商品など、発送までにお時間をいただく商品については、各商品ページに個別の目安を記載しております。
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping operations are closed on weekends and Japanese national holidays.
■ 配送料金 (Shipping Rates)
配送料金は、お届け先の地域や商品の総重量に応じて異なります。
【日本国内への配送】
・本州・四国・九州： 770円（税込）
・北海道・沖縄： 1,430円（税込）
・離島地域： 実費
【海外への配送】
お届け先の国・地域、および梱包を含む商品の総重量によって自動計算されます。最終的な配送料金は、チェックアウト（決済）画面にてご確認ください。
- Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and total order weight.
- International shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at the checkout page.
■ 配送追跡 (Order Tracking)
商品の発送が完了いたしましたら、お荷物の追跡番号（トラッキングナンバー）を記載した「発送完了メール」をお送りいたします。配送状況は、各配送業者のウェブサイトよりご確認いただけます。
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- You can monitor your shipment's status on the respective carrier's website.
■ 関税および輸入消費税について（海外発送のみ） (Customs, Duties & Taxes for International Shipping)
海外へ発送された商品には、お届け先の国・地域の法律に基づき、関税、輸入消費税、および通関手数料が課される場合があります。
これらが発生した場合、すべて【お客様（受取人様）のご負担】となります。税額や通関ルールは国によって異なりますので、詳細はお届け先の税関へ直接お問い合わせください。また、関税の支払いを拒否されたことによる返品・キャンセルはお受けいたしかねます。
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country.
- All customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient).
- KOTONOHA & CO. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
